01-New Member’s Class – Level I and II

Pastor Charles Whitaker & Elders – Saturday | One Day | 9:00am – 3:30pm

A primary course of study for all NEW MEMBERS, designed to familiarize newcomers with what our church believes to be fundamental for your walk with Christ, and your relationship with River of Life church. The materials covered in these lessons are considered to be a short and precise overview of our basic doctrinal beliefs. We consider it important that you the Prospective Member complete these sessions prior to receiving the Conﬁrmation of Membership and participation in certain ministries at ROLC.

Class will be held IN PERSON – books are provided to each student.

April 13, 2025 (1 day)

02-Forgiveness Seminar

Instructors: Brother Wanyne and Sister Tonya Johnson – Saturday | 8:50am – 9:50am

We all have somebody in our lives we need to forgive. This seminar will provoke great conversations and encourage reflection. Unconditional forgiveness is a powerful move that will heal emotional wounds and strengthen you to live your best life. Once you forgive it frees you to love unconditionally and to help you find your way to forgiveness and the ability to love without fear. Colossians 3:13 Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

Class will be held LIVE IN THE CHURCH.

March 15 – May 3, 2025

03-Foundational Truths

Instructor: Pastor Charles Whitaker – Saturdays | 9 – 10:30am

In this class you will learn the foundations for the Christian faith, salvation, baptism, the Holy Spirit, laying on of hands, the believer’s resurrection, and eternal judgment based in Hebrews 6:1-3. It will discuss everything that every Christian needs know to develop a strong, balanced, Spirit-ﬁlled life, including a comprehensive guide of foundational topics and a complete listing of Scripture verses.

NOTE: This class will be a Hybrid – held in person and will be on Facebook. The book – Foundational Truths for Christian Living by Derek Prince can be purchased in the ROLC bookstore or on Amazon.com.

04-Spiritual Root of Sickness and Disease

Instructor: Sister Jamia Chiles – Saturday | 9:00pm – 11:00am

Come and let’s get to the root of things. Let’s examine the spiritual root of sickness and disease and start your healing process! This course will be impactful, eye opening and put you on the path to living the life that God wants us to live… prospering and in good health.

NOTE: Class will be held LIVE IN CHURCH.
